• The house is spacious, modern and built to the highest available energy rating standards.

    It features three queen-size bedrooms, all with Queen Beds ,including a main bedroom with a double ensuite.

    It is designed for a maximum of six (6) guests.

  • We love pets, however for the benefit of those who have allergies and the like, we like to keep the property free from pet fur etc so we ask that guests do not bring pets.

  • Cleaning of the Property after each guest stay is carried out by a Professional Cleaning Company which includes the supply of fresh linen, towels, soaps and essentials.

  • Secure parking is available inside the automated vehicle gates. There is also additional space available for Boats/trailers inside the gates if required.

    Guest/pedestrian access to the property is via a pedestrian gate located beside the main vehicle gate.

    The main vehicle gate is operated by a key pad or key fob provided with your entry key.

  • Our check-in and Check-out times are generally 10:00am and 2:00pm respectively. This is particularly important during peak booking periods and long weekends to ensure the house is reset in time for our next guests.

    In the event we are able to be more flexible with these times we will let you know prior to your stay.

  • For the cleanliness of all guests, we ask that you remove your shoes whilst inside the home.

  • Air conditioning

    Air conditioning units are located on both levels.

    BBQ grill

    A Weber BBQ is provided for guests use on the rear Alfresco covered area.

    Bed linen

    All Bed linen is provided. Linen is professionally cleaned and replaced prior to your stay. Additional cleaning and replacements can be arranged if required.

    Block-out blinds

    Electric blinds are provided in all rooms of the house. This includes a day blind and total blockout blind for night privacy or daytime darkness if required.

    Ceiling fans

    Ceiling fans are provided in each room of the home.

    Dedicated workspace

    Guests have a desk/table that’s just perfect for working, along with a comfortable chair

    Dining table

    A large timber table is provided for 6 people.

    Dishwasher

    A Miele dishwasher is provided for guest use. It is fitted with a self dosing system, so there is no need to put individual tablets in for each cycle.

    EV charger

    Several Fast Charging Electric Vehicle charging stations are located throughout the property. Should guests require access to these during their stay please just let us know and we will activate one for you. Usage of the charging stations are complementary to guests.

    Heating

    Heating of the home is provided for on both levels with reverse cycle airconditioning units. In addition the main bathroom and ensuite have an under tile heating system.

    Kitchen

    In addition to the usual cutlery, pots and pans a hot water kettle, toaster and coffee pod machine are provided.

    Oven

    The Kitchen is equipped with Two AEG Ovens - 1 x Oven and 1 x Steam Oven. A Microwave oven is also provided.

    Stove Top

    An AEG • Induction cooktop is provided

    TV

    A smart TV is provided in the main loungeroom.

    Washer and Dryer

    Miele washing machine and seperate dryer are provided in the laundry

    Wi-Fi

    A Fibre to the Kerb NBN connection is provided to the property.

    Outdoor dining area

    An outdoor table setting with 6 chairs

    External Lighting

    The property has external lighting located in various locations around the perimeter of the building and main driveway areas..

    Security System

    There is a fully integrated security system installed in the property, A temporary guest PIN number can be provided to guests for the duration of the stay if required.

    External Security Cameras

    External security cameras are installed around the perimeter of the property.

    There are no cameras installed inside the property.
