PETS

We love pets, however for the benefit of those who have allergies and the like, we like to keep the property free from pet fur etc so we ask that guests do not bring pets.

CLEANING, LINEN and ESSENTIALS

Cleaning of the Property after each guest stay is carried out by a Professional Cleaning Company which includes the supply of fresh linen, towels, soaps and all essentials.

GUEST ACCESS and PARKING

Secure parking is available inside the Automated Vehicle Gates. There is additional space available for Boats/trailers inside the gates also if required.

Guest pedestrian access to the property is via a Pedestrian Gate beside the main vehicle gate.

The main vehicle gate can be operated by either a remote key pad or key fob provided with your entry key.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station

The Electric Vehicle Fast Charger is easily accessible inside the parking area.

CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT TIMES

Our checkin and Checkout times are generally after 10.00am and before 2.00pm respectively. This is particularly important during the peak booking periods and long weekends to ensure the house is reset in time for our next guests.

In the event we are able to be more flexible with these times we will let you know prior to your stay.

Shoes

For the cleanliness of all guests we ask that you remove your shoes whilst inside the home.

Airconditioning units are located on both levels.

BBQ grill

A Weber BBQ is provided for guests use on the rear Alfresco covered area.

Bed linen

All Bed linen is provided. It is professionally cleaned and replaced prior to each stay. Additional cleaning and replacements can be arranged if required.

Block-out blinds

Electric Blinds are provided in all rooms of the house, with all windows having both a day blind and a total blockout blind for night privacy or daytime darkness if required.

Ceiling fans

Ceiling Fans are provided in each room of the home.

Guests have a desk/table that’s just perfect for working, along with a comfortable chair

Dishwasher

A Miele dishwasher is provided for guest use. It is fitted with a self dosing system so there is no need to put individual tablets in for each cycle.

Several Fast Charging Electric Vehicle charging stations are located throughout the property. Should guests require access to these during there stay then please just let us know and we will activate one of those for you. Usage of the charging stations are complementary to guests.
